12 Klaviyo segments are enough for almost any store. Here’s the library we deploy.
The 12
- Engaged 30 / 60 / 90.
- Predicted CLV high / mid / low.
- Subscribed and never purchased.
- One-time purchasers, 30+ days inactive.
- Repeat purchasers (3+).
- VIP (CLV > brand threshold).
- Subscription cancellers.
- Churn risk (last order > 1.5× avg gap).
Add segments only when you have a campaign that needs them. Empty segments are clutter.
