12 Klaviyo segments are enough for almost any store. Here’s the library we deploy.

The 12

  • Engaged 30 / 60 / 90.
  • Predicted CLV high / mid / low.
  • Subscribed and never purchased.
  • One-time purchasers, 30+ days inactive.
  • Repeat purchasers (3+).
  • VIP (CLV > brand threshold).
  • Subscription cancellers.
  • Churn risk (last order > 1.5× avg gap).
Add segments only when you have a campaign that needs them. Empty segments are clutter.
