Sticky add-to-cart
Always visible at the bottom of the viewport on scroll. Single biggest mobile-PDP lift across all our tests: average +11% CR.
Variant-as-thumbnail
Color/size pickers as image thumbnails, not text dropdowns. Customers pick variants visually on mobile.
Compress the spec accordion
Default the "details" accordion to closed. Surface the 3 spec lines that actually matter (returns, shipping, materials) above it. Reduced bounce by ~7%.
On mobile, every fold-line is a conversion gate. Earn each one.
Image gallery that doesn’t fight scroll
Horizontal swipe inside a fixed-height container. Don’t take over the full viewport on tap unless the customer asks for zoom. Full-screen galleries on tap have hurt mobile conversion in every test we’ve run.
